Dodge Repair: 2000 Dodge Intrepid power lock, power window switch, alignment guide

Question
The power lock on the rear passenger-side door doesn't work and makes a loud buzz when I lock/unlock the doors.  I just want to disconnect it rather than spend the $300 to fix it.  Is this doable, and if so, how do I remove the door panel?

Answer
if u live near Atlanta i would do it for less and I can get the part for less and its still a factory part to boot.
