Dodge Repair: 1997 Dodge Stratus wont start, dodge stratus, battery connections

Question
A few weeks ago my stratus was difficult to start...as if it didn't have enough cranking power...this lastest for a few days and then everything was fine. It was a little difficult this morning to start but it started up. Now it will not start, it won't even attempt to crank. The lights, alarms, radio, etc all work. When I attempt to start it the lights do NOT dim.

Answer
Hi,
Check your battery connections.  They need to be cleaned about every oil change.  This will cause the battery to have a short life span if it is not done.  Also, if this doesn't work you should have your starter and battery checked.  You can have this done at Auto Zone free of charge.
