Dodge Repair: timing belt 2002 dodge neon, plymouth neon, crank sensor

Question
is there any site online where a could download diagrams or how to pictures on taking off the timing belt and putting it back on. On a 2002 plymouth neon with a 2.0. The wont start any more it feels like it want's tobut there is no power going to the coil. I've changed the Ingnition coil and the crank sensor and nothing. So the timing belt is the only thing i could think it would be. but the belt is in a tight spot and a diagram would make it easier.

Answer
For right now, forget the timing belt; if you are not getting any power to the coil, then it is not a timing issue.  It sounds as if you are doing the work yourself; so here is my suggestion:

1-Go to a parts store and find a Chiltons repair manual to cover this vehicle. They are usually only about fifteen bucks at most stores. Chilton ALWAYS has very good wiring diagrams in their books.
2-I would check the electrical side of the ignition switch first; battery voltage runs from the ignition switch and then to the ignition coil (usually through a relay) out to the actual ignition coil/ module.
3-I can see where you could think that the timing belt might be an issue; but you would still have voltage, but the components of valve train would not be in synch enough for the car to run properly
