Dodge Repair: 2002 Dodge Dakota rough idling / stalling, fuel pressure gauge, engine coolant

Question
hi, i have a 2002 dodge dakota CC v6 3.9L auto. trans w/80,000 miles on it. the problem i have been having has been going on for 1 year now(have only put 8,000miles on it during this time). ok here it is - I could get in my trk after letting it sit all night and it starts up and goes fine, but after i stop and let it sit for about an hour or so i start it up and the idle will bounce between 300rpm - 1000rpm, if i leave it  in park or neutral it idles rough but not near as bad as if i put it in gear. If i don't have the gas pedal mashed all the way to the floor it will stall/die, and with the gas mashed down it (sounds like its) backfires through the throttlebody for about 150-200 feet. then after that it runs real good, except it gets approx. 12 mpg. I've had it at dealership numerous times and they say they cant find anything wrong. I,ve changed cat converter, precats, all 4 o2 sens, TPS, IAT sens, spark plugs/wires(several times), IAC sens, rotor/dist (twice), cam sens, crank sens, battery, cleaned t-body(several times), had fuel injectors checked/cleaned, feul pressure checked(was good), had it checked for vaccum leaks(none found), i think theres more i,ve done/had done but think of anything else right now (all this has been done in the last 8000 miles). Once in a while it will throw code P0300 (random misfire) but after a couple days the light goes away by its self. other than that no codes. I havn't changed MAP sens, speed sens, or engine coolant sens, and i believe i've changed the rest of the  sensors. I'm sorry the post is so long, just wanted you to know everything about it. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Answer
Mark,
I can only wonder if the tech that tested/checked the injectors made a mistake?
It almost sounds like an injector is leaking down and
flooding the engine.

An easy test is to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to the
fuel rail and watch it when you shut the engine off.
The fuel pressure should remain high for a long time
after the engine is shut down.

Maybe have the EGR checked as well.
