Dodge Repair: 2000 Dodge Caravan w/no low beams, low beams, dodge caravan

Question
I brought my van in to the Dodge dealer with no low beams and now, 3 weeks later, they have replaced the PCM, BCM and fuse block, just to find out is was a wire going to the fuse box that was shorting out. They are saying that all the other things were "fried", but if that was so, wouldn't I have had other problems when I drove the van in?

Answer
Hello Sue
what kind of dealer is this .
First they should have done a wire dongistiac test to see if thire was a short comeing from the fuse box.
They have made a mistake .

And u should not be charged for the pcm and bcm .
this should be a refund to you .
and the short should be repaired as a 50 50 charge .

Good luck to you hun and you have a pretty name and please rate my serivice .
