Dodge Repair: 95 Dodge Neon, dodge neon, fuel pump

Question
I am looking at buying a 95 Dodge Neon and just wanted to make sure I'm not bitting off more than I can chew. It does not start. It turns over, it gets spark, but no gas. Can hear the fuel pump running while the motor turns over. Would this be something that is relatively inexpensive to fix (like the fuel filter) or no?

Answer
hello
this is a hard one to say it is more like the fuel pump it self the filter is on the fuel pump it is at least 400 to change the fuel pump in a shop . but before you do that they can do a diagnostiac check to see for sure and what is weoang with the car . then if a easy fix or cheap fix then buy the car . pete
