Dodge Repair: 1995 Dodge Stratus wont start, screw driver, dodge stratus

Hi,
I have a 1995 Dodge Stratus V6-2.5L SOHC 24 Valve. The engine won't turn over. All the electronics work just can't get the thing started. Seems like its not getting a spark so I checked/changed the plugs but noticed the wires don't look so good so I will change those next. Is there an easy way I could find out if it is the fuel pump? Is it located in the gas tank? Someone told me they think the engine is blown(?). How would I know if that is the problem? Thank you for any help you can give me.

first try so see if you get gas take off the gas line to fuel ingt.and turn the car over and see if you get gas.
and pull a plug wire and tale a thin screw driver in plug wire and turn the car over and see if spark runs up the screw driver . if car does not turn over check the starter good luck to u hun and if u need more help let me know and u have a pretty name and please rate my serivice pete
