Question
1991 Dodge Dynasty V6 3.3L
while driving a/c and heater motor started to slow down and then go back up on speed it then quit working, the A/C comp. still works, i replace the A/C and heater control switch but still not working,i then replaced the fuses and replaced the blower motor and still did not work
there were 2 fuses 1 under the hood and 1 in the fuse box inside glove box, would you know of any relays or fuseable links on this model car
i hope this info will help i am at an end with this, thank you, Bill Cooper

Answer
Sounds like your problem is with the ground resistor. if you open the hood and remove the washer bottle you will see a conector with about 6 wires in it. remove the wire conector and unscrew the resistor block you should be able to see a burned wire or two on the resistor .
This is what controls the fan speed . they cost about 20 bucks and this is a very common problem.

Good luck
