Ford Repair: 2005 F-150 Throttle Body, throttle position sensor, 2005 f 150

Can the throttle body be cleaned on my 2005 4.6L F-150.I was told that their is a warning against it. The idle is to low at standstill while the ac is on and while I am turning around in a tight spot. Stalling occur.

it is not recommended to do this. although i would be concerned with another issue for this.
the year and model of your vehicle was known for throttle position sensor concerns. also, if your a/c has been over charged by more than 4oz, it will cause the compressor to strain to run causing an idle concern
