Ford Repair: ford taurus 3.0 belt noise, taurus 3, ford taurus

i know you said 2000 and above, but i have a 99 taurus 3.0 basic model, serpatine belt squels. replaced; tensioner pulley, idler pulley, water pump, serpatine belt several times. pwr steering pump is new. serpatine belt is straight on pulleys. car has 209k miles. even the alt. pulley is new. can you offer any advice. thank you for your time and advice.

not being there. i have to ask this. are you sure it's the belt ?? these engines were very common for the distributors or what used to be the distributor making the same noise.it's called the synchronizer gear and is located to the right of the engine just at the base of the intake.
