AnswerHello Al, I would say the next thing to do is to start looking for a open in a wire or wires. Possible module could be failed also, this has no easy quick fix it answer if the oblivious is ok. If you are going to attempt to repair yourself try to get a wiring schematic and a volt/ohm meter to test circuits. Thanks Tony
