Ford Repair: 1994 f150 check engine light, butterfly valves, throttle body

Question
The truck has a 302 it only has one oxygen senior. I have changed it but the light still comes on and then right back off could it be the idle air senior. It also has a new egr on it.

The only real way to know is to pull the codes. It is actually pretty easy. A IAC will cause a code to go on and off. I don't like throwing parts to fix a vehicle, but your pretty much there anyways. Clean the throttle body out when replacing the valve. Sometimes with a on and off light a good cleaning is all it takes. It is a little harder with trucks because the butterfly valves are recessed into the throttle body. Nevertheless you must clean it.
