How do you remove the ignition key switch in a ford econoline E350 without key?

hey there. unfortunatly you need the key to remove the switch. unless you drill the cylinder out. you may damage the steering coluum if you are not carefull though so it is not recomended. You may be able to get a key cut from ford with the vin number, if the key has not been changed in its past time. another thing i have done is if the key is the same for the ignotion as the door, you can take a door cylinder out and check the pin numbers to make a new key. let me know if you need anything else. good luck
