Chrysler Repair: Mystery problem: spontaneous stall, obd ii reader, plymouth voyager

Question
I have a 1997 Plymouth voyager 3.0L. I have no DTC's on the OBD II reader. When driving at full speed, or sometimes taking off from a dead stop until the transaxle shifts, the engine shuts off. when you shut the key off, then it will restart. not from neutral, the key must be shut off,in order to restart. When it dies there is no spark at the wires, until the key is shut off. I have changed every component possible, suggestions from four other mechanics, and still no luck.Could you please offer some advice? If you need to know what has all been replaced let me know. thank you!

Answer
Hi Wes,
How about the ignition switch itself. Have you checked for voltage on fuses 2,6,8,11 under the dash when you are stalled out but the key is still in 'run' position? Then if that doesn't reveal a problem, tell me what you have changed out.
