Ford Repair: 93 Aerostar, aerostar, rearend

it appears, looking at the rear of my Aerostar, that the  tire is closer to the left side of the vehicle,is this on purpose or has the rearend shifted,thanks George

It usualy is not possible for a rear end to shift because the brackets on the springs and he rear end are welded in place, it may have been adjusted like that from the factory to compisate for the alignment to prevent dog tracking of the vehicle, or another case would be that this vehicle has been in an accident and was adjusted then, but as long as the vehicle drives straight and there is no abnormal wear on the tires then it should be all good,
