Chevrolet Repair: 1994 Chevy G20 problems, left turn signal, vacuum problem

Question
Hey there, I have a few questions for you.

I am having a few problems with this van, the first being that when I turn on the vents, be it A/C or fresh air, the blower seems to stop when I am going at a constant speed. If I let off the gas, the air returns. Possible HVAC vacuum problem? How can I fix/check this?

Also, when I use my left turn signal, the clicker doesn't turn of after I complete a rotation of the wheel. What is the part called that makes the turn signal click off after a wheel turn?

Thank you in advance for any insight you may be able to give me!

Answer
As far as the turn signal goes: In side the steering column is a part called a cancel cam which hits your cancelling springs. One of those springs is broken.  To repair it you need to remve the steering wheel.  YOu do have a vacuum leak under the hood and you will need th trace the vacuum harness.  One likely spot for a leak is your vacuum ball.
