Ford Repair: 1995 Ford probe, heater control valve, heat registers

I traded a this car from my mother in law because she couldn't get the heat to work she tried for alomost 3 years, the heat registers on the gauge, and one can feel the heat on the ducts etc, but it will not come out,, the blower seems to work fine, we've changed water pump, heater core, rad. etc. I've never even heard of a problem like this,, no heat,, otherwise the car drives very nice,

First I would like to apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I had some families issues that required attention and was away from my computer for a few days. Change the heater control valve. Go ahead and buy and assortment of hose clamps as you will need them to replace the original equipment. For future reference, please cite the engine size. Thank you.
