Ford Repair: 91 Mercury Topaz, mercury topaz, vacuum leak

Can you tell me what is wrong with my car. I have a 91 Mercury Topaz Lts 4 cylinder. I turned the heat on the other day and turned it off because I was hot and the heat wouldn't come back on. I tried turning on the air and defroster too and nothing comes on, You can hear the vacuum or blower make a noise but it doesn't do anything. Can u please help?

make sure air is not coming out defroster vent if it is you have a vacuum leak-other than that blower motor may be running but not turning fast and you would need a blower motor-if you are going to check it your self pull the motor down hold it and turn on fan switch and see if motor works it should be turning very fast-if it is then you must have a door problem which would need to be checked by garage.
