Ford Repair: car idols rough, vacuum leak, gas in my car

recently my 2006 ford focus has been ideling a little rough. changed plugs it help for a while but then it started again running rough. several weeks back i put in some gas with etheonal in it. thought maybe that might have caused the ideling rough. the past week or so iv'e been putting a higher grand of gas in my car. don't think there is anything seriously wrong but i would just like it to idle soother. if you could help me with this problem i would greatly appreciate it.  tommy

   if you haven't fix  your car yet-first thing check for vacuum leak under intake or in pcv line because leaks here are common-if nothing there have it checked out. you can get a can of carb cleaner spray and spray a mist under intake and around vac hoses to see if rpm changes if it does look in that area for leak.
