Ford Repair: 99 ford windstar se, power door locks, ford windstar

my first question is what would cause the power door locks to not work on only the front driver side and passenger side. the power lock works on both rear sliding doors (locking/unlocking) but when pressed the front doors do not work. wondering what to do to fix this. Second question is i checked the maxi fuses and found that i am missing both maxi fuses for the rear power sliding doors if i purchase these will the rear sides door beable to be programmed with a remote so they will automatically open and close when the remote button is pushed? when i had purchased the vehicle we were not give the keyless remote but i am able to purchase one and program it but for it to program i need to take care of the front power lock issue so it would be appreciated if you knew the answers to these questions. Do you know where i am able to purchase the maxi fuses

you can purchase maxi fuses at any parts house-if doors will work ford will probably have to program them but it that did not come with van probably won't work-fuse panels and wiring harness often come with extra connectors or slots for add on items but has to have modules for such items.
