Ford Repair: 1996 crown vic, crown vic, factory radio

1996 crown vic when i turn on head lights my dash lights blink on an off also
horn blows.  My blinkers an flashers don't work. I took a light switch from a
parts car i have same year tried it didn't work checked fuses under dash an
under hood. thank you.

this would be a hands on repair i would check for a short under column look for rubbed or pinched wires-also if it is not factory radio would check to see if radio wired in correctly-this is just not a common problem would have to see to check. good luck
