Ford Repair: 00 ford winstar lx, ford winstar, gauge cluster

my   gauge cluster went i  bought one and installed it now my van wont start its a 00 windstar is there something i need to do?

Hello Kelly, The windstar is equipped with a passive anti theft system, which means your keys are programable. when a cluster is replaced the keys will need to be reprogrammed to the vehicle and can only be done at a dealer. The dealer will need at least 2 keys and the vehicle to program the keys and cluster. Hope this helps Thanks Tony
