best way to replace motor mounts on '97 Taurus

rear mount-remove nut from bottom usually with extension and wobble socket-top nut remove passenger side wheel and remove nut with ratchet and socket-
front mount about the same except you can get top nut from top over radiator-
use a jack now with a piece of wood under oil pan and jack up slowly then work mounts out one at a time and replace.
be careful.
