Ford Repair: breaks, allaround, thanks in advance

Question
this is me problem about a week or so my winstars breaks went low i thought it was time for pads and shoes because it had been allmost a year since the last change when i take the wheel of on the pansenger front side there were very very worn allmost gone on the driver side rear same
however both the other sides were worn normal.ok so0 i change the pads all around i seen the the drums were crappy so i change them as well..also i not sure what u call them its the cilenders that push out the breaks in the rear had them replaced blead allaround and still no breaks..now worse than when i started out..lol now if its the master/booster i was told that the dash may have to come down or out is that so? if not the master/booster what can it be? thanks in advance for your help on this matter

Answer
I don't think it is your master/booster.  As you'll have this problem prior you changing the brakes.  This is due to brake bleeding sequencing.  you need to start from the right rear, then left rear, then right front, then left front.  This should take care of it.
