Ford Repair: timing jump on a 96 ford contour, ford contour, cam gears

Question
had idlers and tension pulley go bad retimed by book and still  won't start have also replaced head and coilpack what could be the problem.

Answer
I saw this question in the question pool. This question is a little to non descriptive. First, you will want to check for fuel and fire. If the car was running before you replaced the head, then you're timing belt was probably installed incorrectly. If the engine jumped time, you may have bent the valves. If the head is new then make sure that the belt is not a tooth off. That is the most common problem when installing a timing belt. They make a tool that keeps the cam gears in place while installing the belt.If you don't have power to the spark plugs work backwards to figure out why not.
