Ford Repair: 1992 Ford F150 not starting, starter cylinoid, starter fluid

Question
While I was away in the Persian Gulf, my truck died and would not restart.  My wife said she drove it one day and it wouldn't start the next.  When I got home it had sit for 6 weeks.  When I tried, it wouldn't even turn over.  I changed the starter cylinoid, and the starter and then it would crank.  I checked the the spark and was getting some.  So I assumed it was fuel.  I checked the pressure at the fuel rail and it was reading 0.  I changed the pump in the tank, the filter and the pressure regulator.  I had the battery checked and it was also bad so I got a new one.  After all of that, when I tried to start it, it felt like it was trying to fire but just wouldn't light off.  I thought that there was no fuel in the fuel line so I tried starter fluid and of course it started but only because of the starter fluid.  I'm not sure what else to do.  I tried the pressure check again but it still reads 0 so I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
You're problem is fuel related.Try to stay away from the starter fluid, even though it helped find the problem.Check the fuel filter,it might be stopped up.The next step would be to check for power at the fuel pump.If it has power, drop the tank and replace the pump.
