Ford Repair: Heater/AC Fan & Dash Lights Do Not Work, 1995 ford windstar, ford windstar

Parked my 1995 Ford Windstar for the night and the next morning my fan for the heater/air conditioner as well as my dash lights would not work.  Had absolutely no clue prior to that as it neither one ever gave any indication of a malfunction. I have checked all fuses.

I need to know which dash lights you are referring to-the illumination for the gauges and radio, etc., or the warning lights that come on when you turn the key on. If it is the latter, then I would look at the ignition switch and the power output to the appropriate fuses you checked. The fuse may be good, but if there is no power to it the fuse does nothing.
