Ford Repair: 95 windstar power windows, continuity tester, power windows

my 95 windstar has power windows. they just quit working. as well as my interior lights. I have checked relays, fuses and have no clue. can you help?

i don't have the schematics for this model to verify that these two circuits are interconnected. The power is not getting to the circuits. There is a break in the wiring, a connector has come loose or a fuse or relay is blown. How did you check relays and fuses? Visual examination is not good enough. You need to use a continuity tester.
