Ford Repair: rear brakes, rear caliper, rear brakes

Question
how do you get the rear caliper to move in wtih a c clamp I think I have to do something different because of the  emergency brake but cant seem to get the caliper to move?

Answer
Brett-

Rear calipers don't simply push back in with a C-clamp like front calipers do.  They need to be screwed back in.  This can be done with regular hand tools, but it's really tricky and sometimes just doesn't work.  Most parts stores carry a little $10 adapter for a ratchet that makes quick and easy work of the job.  I'd recommend just getting one of those rather than trying to chance doing it without one.  Hope this helps.
