Ford Repair: Electrical problem, fuse panels, moon roof

Hey Chris,

I have a 2001 Expedition, problem is the wipers, windows, rear wiper, and moon roof no longer work. I checked the fuses, and all seem good. What else can it be? Thanks,

HI Jim thanks for asking.
there are two fuse panels in this vehicle. check the ones under the hood and the one in the vehicle. IN the owners manual it will show wut position each fuse is in for wipers, windows...ect. With a voltmeter check to see if there is power going to any of theses fuses with the ignition on. If there isnt then there is a short or an open some where from ignition power. All theses itmes you have listed need power from the ignition first before operating. This may be something you should have the dealer look at if there is no power. Tracing bad wires is a long frustrating process sometimes If you have any other questions just get back to me.
