Ford Repair: warning buzzer/chime module, ford f150, buzzer

I have a 1993 Ford F150.  I do not have any warning buzzer for headlights left on or key left in the ignition.  Also, no warning for seatbelts not in use.  We have replaced the fuses in the cab and under the hood.  Could it be the chime module?  If so, where is it located?  Thanks.

Interesting that I usually spend more time unplugging these than trying to fix them...LOL  I would check to see if someone unplugged the chime module. It is usually under the dash in the center right below the ashtray area. If I remember right it is a grey plug with 5 wires or so. The module will be mounted on a bracket and usually black with a matching connector.
