Ford Repair: ac/heater, ford contour, fuse box

hi! 98 ford contour turned on ac/heater switch including the fan switch in all speeds  nothing worked. checked interior fuse box ,fuse looked ok but changed it anyway  still nothing turned on

Ford issued a customer service campaign related to your concern in 2001. The number is 01S22 and covers the vehicle for the fan blower resistor for 10 years or 150,000 miles. The resistor can become heat damaged, requiring replacement of the resistor and connector.

If you want to send me the VIN from your vehicle I will check and make sure your car is eligible for this repair. I strongly suspect this is the problem, although if it has been done already then there could be another problem.
