Ford Repair: cab mount bushings, pitman arm, torque specs

Is the cab mount bushings the same on the 73-79 truck in regards to 2wd./4wd. Some vendors are showing 2wd.or 4wd. Also, would like to know the proper tightening procedure along with torque specs.
 I replaced my bushings with a rubber kit from LMC and they say 2wd/4wd are the same. I have not tightened the bushings yet, but the rear of cab body line is about a inch or so higher than the bed body line. Will this line up after I get everything tight?
  Also, could you recommend a way to adjust the steering box without removing the pitman arm?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
Your questions for the body mounts should be directed to a body person....I'm a mechanic, not a body person.
As for the steering box...you should remove the pitman arm during any adjustment....so you don't get component "drag" in the feel of it.
