Ford Repair: 94 Ford Probe Stalls at idle, clutch installation, matter wheather

Question
The problem i am experiencing occured after i changed the clutch, in my 94' Ford Probe GT. It began the first time i started the car up(after installing the clutch). When i crank the car over, it runs momentarily and then stalls out. When i crank the car over and apply the gas it continues to to run, as long as i apply the gas. This occurs even when i am driving and stop applying gas. It doesnt matter wheather the clutch is applied or not. I am able to shift through the gears fine. When it stalls out i get 2 lights, Check engine and the Fuel cutout light.

I have checked the bump switch in the rear, it has not been triggered. I have also performed a fuel preasure check, which is 38psi, within specs. i have also checked for kinked lines off the fuel filter (which had to be moved for clutch installation). I will be performing a volume test when i return to the shop i am using.

Second problem is oil in the spark plug shafts- What causes this?

Any information on the direction to go on either problem would be appreciated.

Answer
Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
As far as the oil goes.......check the valve cover gaskets.....they most likely need to be replaced.
Next.....I would suggest you get a code scanner and look in to the computer system for fault codes. Last..........check the air in take hose for the engine. The one that runs from the mass ait flow sensor to the throttle body. Look for breaks/cracks/rips.
Hope this helps,
Erik
