Ford Repair: 95 F-350 7.3L 2X4 DRW Fading Brake Pedal, ford f 350, brake cylinders

I have a 1995 Ford F-350 7.3L Diesel 4X2. Brake pedal felt low and was fading nearly to the floor. I've replaced all pads, shoes and master cylinder. I've bled the system 4 times RR to LF and RABS. Shoes are properly adjusted and I still have the same problem. Can you help?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 I would recheck the master cylinder, as well as the rear brake cylinders. If you have bled it, and you said you have, and the pedal is still dropping to the floor, you have a fluid leak some where.
Remeber..........NEW does NOT mean good.
