Ford Repair: 2004 explorer e.b. steering vibration, explorer eddie bauer, power steering pump

I have a 2004 explorer eddie bauer v8- initially when stopped to make a turn right or left i would feel a rubbing or vibration. Took to the dealer and they drained and replaced the power steering pump, it is no longer vibrating when I make a turn but I still feel a vibration or wobbly feeling in the steering? The dealer says the problem is fixed? Any ideas.

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 Obviously the problem is there, if you are still feeling something rubbing in the steering wheel. I would have them take a look at the front end of the vehicle..........especially the upper and lower control arms. I believe that there is a service bulliten on them for replacement.
