Chrysler Repair: 99 Stratus hvac blend door, red brick, car work

Hi Kevin and tnx for looking. I have a 99 stratus that the blend door on heater box won't full stroke.I removed the blend door motor and checked the operation of the modes manually and found stuck linkage. I removed the pencil from the linkage and now it moves through it's full range.The problem now is the blend door motor won.t make it's full stroke.I have tried the motor and control switch from a 97 parts car I have that works fine.The parts from the 99 car on the 97 car work fine too.Judging from the size of the wires on these components I believe these are controlled by the body comp.Am i on the right track? There are no codes in memory in body comp. as reviewed from my snap-on red brick.are there any manual resets available for the body comp. and where is the body comp?

Try unplugging the IOD fuse in the dash  that will reset the BCM  i think  and the radio and stuff once that is done  it twill relearn the door modes and span of the doors that should take care of that issue. The snapon scanner  may not have that ability of relearning the mode and blend doors.
