Ford Repair: tarus 1989 fx-15 system a/c r-134 retrofitted, metal particles, orifice tube

gone through 2 compressors, have the 3rd one on have changed all hoses and accumilator and o-rings,it won't cool the acumilator gets warm,every thing is new execpt condensor and evaporator.it worked for two weeks between compressors,not now. filled with oil and holds a charge.fan is working o.k for cooling condenser.

Answer
The Orifice Tube may be contaminated from previously failed components.  When a A/C Compressor fails it usually releases small metal particles that get trapped in the Accumulator and Orifice Tube.  The Dealer would normally replace these items and evacuate the system before recharging.
