Ford Repair: 1994 Ford Taurus, ford taurus gl, 1994 ford taurus gl

Question
My son has a 1994 Ford Taurus GL and we want to remove and replace the radio. Our problem is that I cannot figure out how to remove the radio. I have a Chiltons but it covers several years and includes both Taurus and Sable, instructions are vague. I removed the phillips screws above the dial on the bezel but it is still fastened in. I will appreciate any help or suggestions that will point me in the right direction.

Answer
Most of the sterios that ive taken out ended up having the clips on the sides of the radio chassis.  Take a butter knife and slide it along the sides of the sterio.  You have to push the tabs in so the radio can slide out.  Same concept as opening a door with a credit card.
