Ford Repair: Brakes, ford explorer 4wd, cv boot

Question
We are driving FORD EXPLORER ,4WD, 99, 45k easy Miles.

1. How frequently do we need to change the brake fluid? What is the indication that shows it's about time to chanche the brake fluid ?
Is there any drain hole or the only way is to sippon it out?

2. If I am about to change the front brakes would they flush the brake fluid automatically or this is it extra?

3. I have notice the CV outer boot is a little cracked. Could the grease really come out? I did not see any evidence! Should I change it?

i would change the fluid once a year.the reason is brake fluid holds moisture.some garages will do this for free if they are doing the brake job.some will charge about 15-25 dollars.if your cv boot is cracked change immediately as it takes just one day to ruin the cv joint, then it will cost about 2-3 hundred dollars to replace.hope this helps.
