Ford Repair: 02 explorer door panel removal, no screws, power mirror

Question
I have to replace my driver side mirror, please let me know if you or another resource you have can tell me how to remove the door panel properly, it seems there or no screws to remove (unless hidden)and the elect. mirror adjuster seem to be in way also.

you have to remove the door trim panel and watershield.remove the two screws that secure the door handle trim,remove one screw at the front part of the trim panel.carfully pry out the door handle trim with a screw driver.insert a screwdriver into the pry notch in the window panel pry the plate up and pull out. remove the two screws that keep the switchs and door lock plate together.release the locking finger on the power mirror and disconnect. insert a wide blade screwdriver between panel and door and carfully pry the trim clips out of door. lift the panel to disengage the top and remove. then peel the water shield away.the rest is self explainatory.hope this helps.
