Honda Repair: Car problems, alternator problem, honda accord

I have a 92 Honda Accord lx 5 speed that i just changed the fuel pump in. Now the only way i can drive it is if i keep my RPM above 3 so it want cut off. I tried to go to out this morning and i got down the road and the rpm hand was jumping up and down and the car was jerking as if it was going to cut off then it just cut off and want crank anymore

This is a strange problem. There are many things that might be happening here. You say that it "won't crank anymore" if it won't even crank (the engine won't turn over when you try to start it) then I would lean toward an alternator problem. I would try jumpstarting it then checking the battery voltage when the car is running. It should be around 14 volts.
If this is not the problem then you need to be checking the fuel pressure and to see if you have spark when it stops running.
