QUESTION: I used a code reader and it showed no codes.I was told that
the srs system codes are revealed by observing the flashing
srs light and that the code isn't available using a regular
code reader.I found some info. on how to erase the code but
want to read it first.Autozone said they could only read codes from the check engine light.
thanks

Answer
In the passenger side floorboard area. Behind glovebox or near the kick panel. You are looking for a blue 2 pin connector with wires going into the dash area. Plug a paperclip into both pins 'jumping' the 2 pin plug. Turn key to on position. Count the ABS flashes should be long and short flashes. Long = first digit, short = second digit. Google search these codes for further repair. BTW Honda charges $60 for this service enjoy :)
