Honda Repair: Timing belt 1992 Honda, thred, timing belt

I can't turn the tennsioner bolt I removed the lock clip but I still can't turn it is it a right hand or left hand thred? Is there a trick to it?

Bob, counterclockwise ALWAYS to loosen. No special tricks or hints. Try spraying PB Blaster on it for a few minutes to loosen the rust from the bolt. I have also had to put a 18" pry bar on a 3/8 drive to brake these loose before so just be careful and be ready to replace this bolt and tensioner just in case!
