Honda Repair: electrical issues., abs light, electrical changes

Question
My 1995 Accord v6 is acting odd.  The ABS light comes on, but they work fine.  When accelerating, sometimes gas hand will go up with rpm.  Front speakers come on and off at will, and recently gas hand dropped when gas was full.  No electrical changes or add-ons have been done.  116,000.

Answer
Randy, the ABS light coming on from time to time is indicating there is an issue with the ABS system. Very unlikely that the light is faulty and just coming on for whatever reason. Take this too AutoZone or a local auto parts retailer and see if they can run the check engine codes for you for free. Identifying whatever code the ABS system is throwing will help guide you in the next direction for repair. As far as the needles in your instrument cluster acting haywire is usually an indication of loose a loose connection at the back of the instrument cluster or failing unit. You can remove the cluster and check this yourself. Clean connections and replace unit. Or you might need to start shopping for a used unit to replace your current cluster. Speakers - indicates a loose connection or a failing stereo. Stereo shops can evaluate this for you.
