i have a 98 honda accord coupe and the left door want open, it is unlocked but will not still open. is the problem the door lock actulator

Benny, probably the door lock actuator is not releasing the latch 100%. Or could be the latch itself. Whichever removing the door panel is going to be difficult with the door latched. You could wait until the actuator finally releases the door and then open it or try to remove the panel and probably damage/destroy the door panel.
