2000 Honda accord with 130,000 miles,3.0 6cyl..sometimes will not start...will turn over..at some points it will start and idle rough other times smooth..

Lee, tune-up is where I would recommend you starting at. Spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap and rotor plus replace the fuel filter. Start there. Have your timing checked as well. Do you have any check engine codes being thrown? These being diagnosed will help guide you in the right direction too.
