Honda Repair: 93 civic SI vtech, coolant level, vtech

Ara , i already talked to Travis and he ask me to be more specific about my engine .. it says that he is maxed out at the moment so I'm hoping you can help..
i have a 93 civic SI D16 vtech that iddles from 1000rpm to 15000rpm up and down when then engine is cold. there is about 22000kilo on it ... i believe that the crank seal is leaking and the anti freeze is gone(witch as been field up two months ago) .. i replaced the alternator, thermostat about a month ago, not too long after that my 7.5 backup fuse went ... i replaced it but i have to take it out when i stop the car cuz my park lights stays on and the back ones too if i don't...

If there is a leak in the cooling system & coolant level is Low it will have the symptom that you've described.
The cooling system needs to be addressed & repaired first before further diagnosis.
I am researching the fuse problem. I will let you know what I found.
