Honda Repair: change the gas and trunk cable myself, honda accord 2002, labour cost

Question
I want change the gas and trunk cable myself. In the auto repair shop, they asked me $95 for labour cost alone and another $50 for cable. My car is Honda Accord 2002 Value Package model (V4). How easy to change it by myself. I would appriciate if you could give me step by step instruction.

the hood cables we change on civics a lot. it isn't to hard. i've never seen a gas cable that needed to be changed.
it should be pretty straight forward though, but it is time consuming separating all the clips and snaking it through.
