Honda Repair: intermittent electrical problem, screw driver, rain storm

Question
On a 1994 Honda Accord, while you are driving, speedometer and tach go to zero and ABS light comes on for a second.Every thing comes back on. Engine did not die. Drove into a rain storm and problem stopped. Changed out fuel filter and main fuel relay (I was guessing)

Answer
oh..k then. that helps. when you start it, play with the key some.
like.. crank it, when it starts, just pull back on the key just enough to disengage the starter.
in trying difference positions with the key as you start it, if you can get it to run it needs the ignition pod. it is about 40$ from the dealer. it is a small white circle piece of  plastic that goes on the back of the ignition cylinder (has 6 or so fat wires coming off of it).
all you need to change is a philips screw driver.

btw, you put your extra info in the comment. i almost didnt see it. hit followup next time.
